Give every candidate their job offer at the same moment
Sending offers as approvals arrive means some candidates hear days before others.
Choose a lock
Standard. A candidate may withdraw, the salary may change, or the role may be cancelled. Standard gives you a private delete link. Use it to delete an offer before it opens.
Standard is free for messages that open within 7 days and are 1 MB or less. Later dates or larger uploads cost $3 USD, up to one year and 100 MB including encryption and file packaging. Postdate holds the key and promises not to read your content before opening. You get a private delete link that works until your Postdate expires. Compare the locks.
Send it before it opens
Approvals arrive at different times. One candidate hears on Thursday, another on Monday. Candidates may compare dates and take the order as a sign of their ranking.
Write each offer and set the same opening time for all of them. Every offer link has the same opening time. The order no longer suggests a ranking or leaves them guessing about a delay.

Common questions
Does each candidate need their own link?
Yes. Create a separate message for each candidate so each link contains only their offer.
What if a candidate accepts before the release?
You can discuss acceptance separately. If the offer changes, delete the message before it opens and send a new link.
Can candidates tell when the offer was written?
They can see when you created the message. They cannot read the offer terms before the opening time.
